Retirement I enjoy staying active at any age

You may not be working day-to-day but you’re still busy. It’s important to make time for regular exercise to keep you fit and healthy, to continue to enjoy all those activities that you had no time for while working. Exercise doesn’t have to be intense, but should be designed to keep you flexible, improve your stamina and maintain coordination and balance. Start slowly and build up.
